a psychiatric nurse practitioner based out of Fort Collins, Colorado. 

My life philosophy guides my treatment approach:

  • I am deeply curious and value direct communication.

  • I believe sleep is foundational, nature is medicinal, laughter heals and growth comes after pain.

  • Joy and happiness can be found amidst the chaos and stress.

  • The human spirit is capable of astounding resilience.

  • Often peace is on the other side of acceptance.
