All packages include a 90 minute initial consult where we explore where you are in your perimenopause journey. We dive into:

Is Lab Work Included?

Yes, most labs ordered will be covered by your insurance. *** Fun fact — there is no single blood test in perimenopause that can determine if you are indeed in peri because your hormones are all over the place.

However, an awesome feature that is included in each package is the Mira Hormone Device. It’s a device where you measure your estrogen, progesterone, LH, and FSH every day through urine. This gives a better overview of what your hormones are doing across the month

just doing blood work one day and getting a tiny window into your hormones.

Fun Fact — All the perimenopause packages include the Mira device ($249 value) and a continuing 25% discount on all sticks needed.

Can I get my Hormone Replacement (estrogen, progesterone, and/or testosterone) through you?

Yes! We will explore if this is a good option for you. If it is, what options would be the best fit.

Are there other medications you prescribe?

Yes, during our time together we will be looking at your overall wellness. I often prescribe medications or provide suggestions for supplements that complement your journey. This includes medications (if applicable) for anxiety, depression, mood, sleep and metabolism.
