  • Initial Session

    Our first visit will be a comprehensive look into your physical and emotional self. You will walk away with a plan we build together.

  • Data Collection

    Test don’t guess! This is the phase where you collect daily hormonal data with Mira, a device that measures hormones daily. This allows us to see your monthly rhythm instead of a snapshot window that blood work provides. You will also journal your symptoms throughout the month. This phase is also dependent on where you are in your hormonal journey. *** Mira devices are included with all hormone packages as a welcome gift (249 value).

  • Additional Sessions

    We will have additional sessions, quantity dependent on your plan, dialing in hormones and nutrition. In the membership plans, we also have enough time to do deeper dives into your mental wellness.

  • Vitality

    This is where you thrive! After your plan ends, you have options. I’d be happy to transfer care to your PCP. If you’re in the 3 month Rebalance Reset you can seamlessly move into Root + Rise. Or at any completion of a plan, you can also join the Root + Rose Premier membership.
